15.2.2 Start (for ZI-STE8000 and ZI-STE8004)
• Starting the machine with the remote control or with the ON-OFF switch:
ON-OFF switch: Turn the key (1) to the „START" position.
Only in an emergency (insufficient battery load), the machine can also be started by recoil starter. To
do so: The throttle valve must be operated manually (= choke), for starting close the throttle valve
(position 0) after start open the throttle valve again (position I). It is necessary to disassemble the side
guard.

15.2.3 Stop
In case of emergency stop the machine directly with the ON-OFF switch.
Under normal circumstances, switch off the machine as follows:
• Shut down the connected devices and disconnect them from the machine.
Let the machine run for some time without connected devices to cool down.

For ZI-STE2800 and ZI-STE5500: Switch off the machine by setting the ON-OFF switch to position

„OFF".
For ZI-STE8000 and ZI-STE8004: Switch off the machine either turning the key to the "OFF" po-
sition or pressing the "STOP" button on the remote control.
Close the fuel valve (position „OFF").

NOTE: In case the machine is being stopped, during transport or storage, the ON-OFF switch must be set
to the "OFF" position and the choke lever (for ZI-STE2800 and ZI-STE5500) in closed position,
15.3 AC Operation
1. Check that the ON-OFF switch of the electrical devices to be used is set to "OFF" position.
2. Connect the device to the AC-socket.
3. Start the device.
NOTE:
When connecting several devices, connect them in decreasing order of their kW consumption!
