CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!

Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning
agents for cleaning. They may damage
the surfaces.

The filter may lose some of its colour
over time. This is normal and does
not have any adverse effect on
function.
1. Detach the nozzle.
2. Twist the collecting container (2) anti-
clockwise and detach it from the motor
unit (4).
3. Remove the EPA filter (3) (Picture B).
4. Empty the collecting container over an
open dustbin.
5. Tap out the EPA filter and clean it with
a soft brush if necessary. Do not wet-
clean!
6. Wipe down the collecting container
if necessary using a soft dry cloth.
7. Remove hair and fluff from the used
accessory.
8. Store all parts in a cool, dry place which
is protected from direct sunlight and is
out of the reach of children and animals.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly, check
whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved
with the steps below, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair
an electrical device yourself!
The battery is not charging up. The
control lamp (9) does not light up.
The charger cable (16) is not connected
correctly to the device or power source.

Check the connection and correct it.
The device does not start.
The battery is empty.

Charge up the battery.
The suction / blower performance
is too weak.
The battery is weak.
►
Charge up the battery.
The collecting container (2) is too full.
►
Empty the collecting container.
The EPA filter (3) is clogged up.
►
Clean the EPA filter.
The suction opening (1) or the used
accessory (11 – 15) is clogged up.
►
Switch off the device and remove the
blockage.
The dirt particles are too large or too heavy.
►
Switch off the device and remove dirt
particles by hand.
