Possible reasons
1.Mower is tilted over
than 30 degrees from
the ground.
1.Handle is touched and
the inside touch sensor
is activated
1. Charger is not powered

overgrown or very wet,

Solutions
Turn off the mower and take
the mower to level ground.
Then restart the mower.

restart it.
And the touch sensor
could be turned off in
menu if needed.
1. Check whether charger
is well connected.
2. Send the mower to
service station and replace
the battery.
1. Cut the grass
appropriate height.
2. Fill in all holes, cover or
exclude all exposed roots
in order to smooth the
terrain.
