2.9. Shifting system
2.9.1. Enviolo TR
With the Enviolo gear hub transmission system,
you can adjust the transmission ratio infinitely via
a twist grip. Turn the twist grip away from the body
to reduce the transmission ratio, e.g. for starting
up or for uphill riding. Turn the twist grip towards
the body to increase the transmission ratio and
ride at faster speeds.
When at a standstill, only 50 to 70% of the transmission range is available
on Enviolo hubs. The remaining range is only available while riding.
2.9.2. Enviolo AutomatiQ
You set your desired cadence and the stepless automatic technology adjusts the
enviolo system so that you can always pedal at the same pace - uphill or downhill. At
a standstill is automatically "downshifted" to the lowest gear.
To set a higher cadence, press the button  on the
control unit
To set a low cadence, press the button  on the
control unit
A short press switches in increments of 1, a longer press switches in
increments of 5.
Other functions such as personalization of driver settings, firmware
updates can be made via the Enviolo app, which can be downloaded from
the Google Play Store or the Apple Store.
