2.1.
Charging the battery
The charger is not protected against moisture (IP40).
-> Do not charge the battery in a humid environment, e.g. rain.
The battery can be charged by plugging in the charger as follows:
•
In the installed state on the vehicle via the
charging socket. This is located on the left
side at the lower end of the seat tube.
•
By plugging the charger into the removed
battery.
You can interrupt charging at any time by disconnecting the charger. The
charger switches off automatically when the battery is fully charged.
2.2.
Removing/installing the battery
Always switch the battery/e-bike system off when inserting the battery or
removing it from the frame.
Removal:
•
Make sure that the system is switched off.
•
Turn the key a quarter turn in the lock and
open the front cover.
•
Pull down the textile tab to unlock the battery.
•
Pull the battery out of the right-hand holder.
