11 Disassembly
DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start
The following instructions must be adhered to during all maintenance, servicing, assembly, disassembly and repair work:
• Switch off the extraction system.
• Disconnect all electrical connections.
NOTICE
• Only qualified personnel are permitted to perform work on the device or system.
• Check and wear your personal protective equipment.
• Persons without personal protective equipment must not remain near the extraction system when it is being
disassembled.
• The extraction system must not be cleaned using compressed air or a hammer.
To disassemble and dispose of the device, follow the steps in sections 6 and 7 in reverse order.

Dispose of the components in accordance with legal regulations.

Cause
• Extraction arm is blocked.
• Valve at extraction arm closed.
• Filter elements saturated.
• Power supply defective.
• Electrical components defective.
• Motor protective switch defective. • Check and replace if necessary.
• Filter elements are full.
• Service door not closed.
Troubleshooting
• Remove the blockage from the extraction arm.

• Place the lever at the extraction hood in vertical
position and open valve.
