With this function,
any remaining

evaporated and removed. This
is advisable for hygiene reasons
and is a safeguard against dam-
age to the machine:
• During prolonged absence
(e.g. holidays) germs could
grow in any residual water.
• Residual water can freeze
in the machine when this is
transported or stored at tem-
peratures below freezing.
Risk of scalding!
The steam tempera-
ture can reach up to
120 °C. Do not reach under the
spout or frother. Keep an ad-

and frother. Be careful when
handling a hot container.
