Cableway Assembly Procedure
1. Assembling the Valley and Mountain Cableway Stations

- Align the valley station toward the mountain station and
lightly fasten in place with two screws;
- Align the mountain station toward the valley station and
lightly fasten in place with two screws.
2. Assembling/Installing the Suspension Wire Cable

The black nylon imitation wire cabling must first be cut into
2 equal parts before assembly/installation can begin.
- Feed the cabling through on the right of the valley station
guide (1) secure in place by knotting.
Run it toward the mountain station as detailed below:
- pass it through the opening in the mountain station front
wall (2)
- then through the mountain station cable guide aperture (3);
- through the mountain station front wall aperture (4);
- through the aperture in the mountain station cable guide
(5) and in the reverse direction back to the valley station.
Fasten it in place there by taping the end to the base
plate (6).
The left cable is then installed similarly.
The stations are to be aligned precisely and fastened in place
with four screws.
3. Assembling/Installing the Guidance Mast

The imitation wire cabling is slightly raised by the guide mast
(7) and hung in its guides.
The mast is then aligned precisely to carry the wire cabling
and fastened in position.
Secure it with 2 screws but fasten permanently only after a
successful trial run.
4. Hanging the Suspension Wire Cable in its Guides

Once the mast is fastened in position, both roller holders
(8) and (9) can be aligned parallel to the wire cable angle
and positioned there using the screws (10). The taped cable
ends are now untaped and secured with light tension to the
tensioning device (11). They are then tensioned fully by
turning in the direction of the arrows.
