Possible Causes
Lack of gas.
Obstruc琀椀on in pilot ori昀椀ce.
Electrode wire loose or o昀昀.
Dirty pilot electrode.
Pilot is actually lit.
Electric Power is out
The grill is nor receiving electric power
The mo琀椀on sensor detector does not work
properly
The wire harness does not work properly
The ignitor switch does not work properly
The ignitor block does not work properly
The gap between electrodes is too big or
too small
The ba琀琀eries are low
Solu琀椀on
A昀琀er turning pilot knob to high, wait
approximately 20-30 seconds for air to purge
the gas supply line while pressing igniter. Fill
propane cylinder. During ini琀椀al set-up or
a昀琀er tank has been re昀椀lled, it is best to light
one of the tube burners before ligh琀椀ng the
pilot burner. This enables the gas to reach
the valves on the manifold more quickly.
Clean pilot ori昀椀ce.
Replace lead wire.
Clean pilot electrode.
The pilot 昀氀ame, especially on natural gas
units is very di昀케cult to see. Place your hand
1 in. (2.5 cm) above grill surface over the
pilot burner to feel for heat.
Check the power outage in your area
Ensure the grill is connected between the
wall and the power bar of the grill
Ensure the red indicator is ON in the control
box
Check if the fuse on the wire in the cabinet is
broken or not
Ensure the blue indicator is ON
Turn the sensor ON by clicking the mo琀椀on
detector bu琀琀on
If blue indicator is ON, replace the mo琀椀on
sensor
Replace the wire harness of the control panel
Replace the ignitor switch if the switch light
illuminates when you turn the light switch on
Check the switch connec琀椀on inside the
control panel If there's no light on the switch
when you turn it on.
Replace the ignitor block if the switch
illuminates and sparking noise can be heard.
Adjust the gap between two prongs of the
side burner electrode when the side burner
does not ignite.
Adjust the gap between the electrode and
the rear burner when the rear burner when
the rear burner foes not ignite
Replace the ba琀琀eries
