WATER PUMP MANAGEMENT

Note: this logic is only valid for the version with integrated water pump.
Evaporator water pump with continuous functioning
Switching on the water pump depends on the status of the device:
— Device off = water pump off;
— Device on = water pump on.
The compressor only switches on if the 30-second delay time (reference parameter CO16) has elapsed since the pump was switched on. The water pump switches off after 1
minute (reference parameter CO17).
The pump is switched off anyway if:
— The device is in STD-BY or remote OFF;
— In the event of a flow switch alarm.

WATER PUMP IN ANTI-FREEZE PROTECTION

When the device is in OFF and STD-BY, an anti-freeze protection function is active.
The anti-freeze function uses the evaporator water outlet probe and starts the pump when the setpoint of -10°C is reached (reference parameter Ar23).
The function is deactivated when the temperature returns above -10 + 5 °C (reference parameters Ar23 + Ar24)

CONDENSER VENTILATION MANAGEMENT

If the accessory DCPX for condenser fan speed control is installed, the controller works with the following logic:
The fan is enabled when the compressor is enabled and is controlled by the condensing pressure transducer. When the compressor switches off, the fans switch off according
to the condensing pressure value.
Fan start-up mode:
— a 1-second start at maximum speed is performed at start-up (reference parameter FA03);
— a 10-second pre-ventilation phase is performed (reference parameter FA05) before the compressor is switched on.
