1700 WATTS OF POWER
Thanks to the 1700 Watts of power, your appli-
ance can heat up extremely quickly and produces
high pressure steam for ideal milk texturing.
ACCURATE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Solis digital technology provides accurate tem-
perature control for a full flavoured espresso.
AUTO PURGE FUNCTION
The water temperature will be optimally set for
preparing coffee after the steam function for
frothing milk is used.
MANUALLY ADJUSTING BREWING
TEMPERATURE
You can increase or decrease the standard set-
ting by up to 2 °C to individually set the brewing
temperature, depending on coffee variant and
roast.
DRY PUCK FEATURE
The «Dry Puck» feature uses an electronic valve
to remove excess water from the ground coffee
in the filter basket. This takes place after espres-
so extraction, whilst the portafilter is locked into
the group head. This results in a desirable «dry
coffee puck» which can then be disposed of easily
and cleanly.
PROGRAMMABLE FUNCTION
This espresso machine offers a convenient choice
between the manual operation or the intelligent
programmable function that can be personalised
with the user's favourite espresso setting.
LOW-PRESSURE PRE-BREWING FUNCTION
FOR OPTIMAL AROMA DEVELOPMENT
Before brewing, the ground coffee is gently
dampened and slightly swells up. This ensures
that the ground coffee is evenly extracted
afterwards.
