IPTV inputs
The headends have two redundant IPTV inputs IPTV IN1 and IPTV IN2.
If there are no more input transport streams at IPTV IN1 for a certain time, the MIE switches to this redundant input. The head-end
then receives its input transport streams from this interface.
When the input transport streams are again present at IPTV IN1, the MIE automatically switches back to this input. This switching
back usually takes a little more than one minute.
2.6.
RF output
Each module of the MIE has its own RF output.
The DVB-C/T/T2 distribution network must be installed and connected to the equipotential bonding according to EN 60728-
11.
Connect the output (RF OUT) of the device to the established distribution network. Use a high-shielded coaxial cable with an
F connector.
If you are using a MIE with more than one module or several MIE, then the outputs must be connected to suitable combiners.
There must be used galvanic isolator between the output connector and antenna network in Sweden and Norway state area.
