Troubleshooting table

PROBLEM
The unit does not work.
The device does not
dehumidify.
The dehumidifier works, but
reduces the relative humidity
insufficiently.

CAUSE
The power is not connected.
The water container is full.
The water container has not
been replaced correctly.
The air filter is clogged.
The dehumidifier has reached
its pre-set level.
The room is too large.
There are too many sources of
humidity.
There is too much ventilation.
Conditions
Open cut/Short cut of the NTC
thermistor
NTC thermistor ≥40ºC
Open cut/Short cut of the tem-
perature sensor
The temperature humidity
sensor is misconnected
Refrigerant leakage
SOLUTIONS
Insert the plug into the wall
outlet.
Remove the water from the
container.
Place the water container in
the correct position.
Clean the air filter.
It is normal that the device
does not dehumidify in these
conditions.
We recommend using a dehu-
midifier with a greater capacity.

Reduce ventilation (e.g. close
windows and shut doors.)
