- Lower the vertical rod until it touches the
rim.
- Lock the horizontal arm and the vertical
rod in the positions described above

- Connect the Doyfe inflation chuck (17) on
the air hose to the valve stem.
Inflate the tyre by operating the gun briefly
and repeatedly; check the pressure gauge
frequently to make sure that the pressure
NEVER exceeds the maximum pressure
specified by the tyre manufacturer.
Inflating tubeless tyres
(for FS versions only)
WARNING
Before proceeding as described below,
always check that the clamps are free
from dirt, dust, etc. in line with the air
outlet holes.
- Make sure that the wheel is firmly clamped

to the turntable by its interior.
- Connect the Doyfe union (17) of the infla-
tion line to the stem of the valve (fig.22).
- Holding the tyre in your hands, create a
small opening between the bead and the
bottom edge. Close the top bead against
the edge.
- Briefly press the inflation pedal fully down
in the bead insertion position (fig. 22a).
The tyre expands, bringing the beads
into the position where they form a seal
against the edges of the rim.
- Hold down the pedal in the inflation posi-
tion (fig. 22b) to complete bead insertion.

N.B.: For best performance from the tube-
less tyre inflation system the compressed
air supply pressure must be between 8
and 10 bar.
