Procedure
1.
Prepare the valve with actuator (1) for assembly of the SPC positioner, observing the operating instructions for the actuator and
valve (1).
2.
Screw the stem adapter (2) into the actuator of the valve (1) (torque 2.5 Nm).
3.
Screw the shift spindle (3) into the stem adapter (2).
4.
Screw the thread adapter (4) together with the bushing (5) and the shaft sealing ring (6) into the guide element (7).
5.
Insert guide element (7) with O-ring (8) into shift spindle (3).
6.
Position the molded seal (10) on the adapter slide (9).
7.
Mount adapter washer (9) to guide element (7).
8.
Place the puck (11) on the shift spindle (3).

Push the puck (11) into the guide rail of the positioner.
