Troubleshooting

Symptoms
• Not all channels are
found
• No reception
• Image disturbances
with strong mosaics
or artefacts, frozen

too dark
• Brightness fluctuates

• Battery LED flashes
The battery life is shorter
than expected
• No DVB-T/T2 TV reception in your area
• Align the antenna correctly (see page 21).
• Repeat the scan (see page 21).
• Buy an efficient antenna (see page 12).
• If necessary, switch on the power supply for your antenna (see page
21, 12).
• Use the INPUT key to switch between HDMI input and DVB-T2
receiver (see page 13)
• No device connected to HDMI input (see page 17).
• Change the brightness setting (see page 15).
• Switch off DCR function (see page 15).
• Increase the volume (VOL +).
• Turn on the built-in speakers in the screen and speaker settings (see
page 16).

• Switch off the TV with the main switch to reduce the charging time
(see page 9, 11).
• In cool environments (below approx. 16 °C) the battery is charged
more slowly.
• The battery is not charging due to high temperatures inside the TV
(see page 11).
• Change the brightness setting (see page 15).
• Connected USB devices and active antennas require power and
reduce battery life. Disconnect USB devices from the TV when they
are not needed.
• Fully charge the battery until the battery LED lights green (see page
11).
• After many charging cycles the battery may be worn out. Contact the
XORO customer service (see page 6).
