o Kind of food, weight, quantity (for single parts), date of freezing, latest
date for consumption (shelf-life).
Deep frozen ice-cream and ice lollies must be eaten only a few minutes after
being taken from the appliance to avoid injury to lips and tongue (danger of
skin detachment). For the same reason, avoid touching the inner walls with wet
hands. We advise you to use defrosted or slightly frozen products within short
time. As a rule, such products are not suitable for re-freezing.
1. Store fresh food in the fast freeze section
appliance as these are the coldest sections. Fresh food must not touch frozen
food as the frozen food can defrost partially (decreased shelf-life).
2. Only freeze an amount of food within 24h which meets the freezing capacity of
the appliance. Look at the information given on the model plate (xx kg/24h).
3. Use the fast freeze function (not necessary when the food is already frozen).
4. Reposition newly frozen food from the fast freeze sections to the normal
storing sections of the appliance after 24 h.
5. Switch off the fast freeze function. The yellow light goes off.
6. Adjust the temperature control relevant to the stacking height (look at
MAXIMUM STACKING HEIGHT
7. Check the freezing-temperature with a commercially available thermometer (up

to -26 C).
8. The freezing-temperature must always be at least -18
Do not fill the appliance completely. Some free space between the lid and the
frozen food is required. Note the stacking height marks on the appliance
the temperature relevant to the stacking height. For saving energy we recommend
with normal ambient temperatures (+18 to +22
