Troubleshooting

Problem
No water comes out, or the water
jet power is weak.
The nozzle comes off during use.
Fail to remember the water
pressure level.
Motor sound changes after the Stop/
Jet switch is set to " " (stop mode).
The power is cut off automatically.
The water pressure level LED
indicator still flashes after the
power switch " " is turned off.
The nozzle is hard to install.
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you purchased the unit or a service centre authorized by Panasonic for repair.

Possible cause

The Stop/Jet switch is left in " " (stop mode) while the power is on.
→Take the following steps:
a Fill the water tank with water halfway.
b Press the power switch "
the water pressure level 10.
c Set the Stop/Jet switch to "
d Insert and remove the water tank for several times.
e Install the water tank and wait for a few seconds until the water pressure
is restored.
* Repeat Steps d and e if the water pressure is not restored.
• Once the water pressure is restored, you can use the appliance as usual.
The nozzle is clogged.
The outlet of nozzle is squashed.
The nozzle is deformed.
The power plug is pulled out from the household outlet
before the power switch "

* It may occur particularly in a low-temperature environment.
The function for avoiding forgetting to turn off is
