Possible cause
• No exhaust suction connected
• Suction too weak
• Threaded spindle, guide plate dirty
• Saw blade is warped
• Saw blade not properly mounted

Remedy
• Switch off saw and remove chips
• Switch off saw, remove chips and increase
exhaust power (air velocity ≥ 20 m/sec at
chip exhaust neck.
• Clean and oil the parts. Never use grease.
• Replace saw blade
• Mount saw blade properly
