• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
• Defective connecting cable for electrofusion coupling should only be
replaced by an authorised repair shop.
• Replace connecting cables for electrofusion coupling with worn
plugs.
• Do not repeat the welding procedure on an accessory to avoid
touching live parts.
Maintenance and repairs only to be carried out by repair shops
Geberit electrofusion tools that are not maintained, or are not
professionally maintained, can cause serious accidents.
• Maintain the Geberit electrofusion tool according to the regulations.

• Maintenance and repair work may only be performed by authorised
repair shops. The addresses of authorised repair shops can be
requested from the Geberit sales companies.
