• Using defective or damaged appliances can be very dan-
gerous.
Before use, make sure that the product and its compo-
nents are in complete and perfect condition.
In the event of malfunction or damage, do not use the
appliance, disconnect it immediately from the electricity
supply and contact customer service or appropriately
qualified personnel.
• Replacing the mains cable, repairs and maintenance on
the appliance are dangerous for unqualified persons and
may only be carried out by a suitably certified specialist.
For this purpose, the appliance must be disconnected
from the electricity supply.
Never attempt to make any changes to the appliance,
its cable or other components on your own and do not
disassemble it.
• Edges and components can be sharp-edged and cause
injuries. Exercise appropriate caution during installation
and protect yourself if necessary,
e.g. with work gloves.
• Only use hob scrapers with extreme caution when
cleaning the hob and keep them safe and out of the
reach of children to avoid injury.
