Autotare function
The autotare function must be selected in the setting mode (see separate
description Terminal 3800: 470.702.136, Terminal 3810: 470.702.134 User mode
UCAL1 item 03) and automatically tares the first weight value on the scale.
Place additional weight on the platform.
At stability, the weight value is stored in the tare memory.
After unloading, the tare memory is automatically deleted.
Intermediate tare function
An intermediate tare function can be assigned to the function button (see
chapter 8.1). Unknown tare values are added to the existing tare value without
changing the net display.
Press the function button to activate the intermediate tare function.
HOLD" appears in the display.
Place an additional tare weight or remove the tare weight from the platform.
The new tare value is accepted with the SEND button.
Press the on/off button to switch off the scale.
When the scale is unloaded and the weight display is 0, switching off is possible
immediately.
With the scale loaded, press and hold the On/Off button for approx. 3 seconds,
to switch off the scale.
Note for the battery or rechargeable battery version:
When unloaded, the scale switches off automatically after a preset time.
