6.3 User adjustment

Switch on the scale and check the accuracy of the scale with a suitable test weight.
Only carry out a user adjustment if the accuracy is insufficient.
Note: The test/adjustment weight should be at least 50% of the max. weighing range.
Activate user adjustment by pressing and holding the SEND key and then the function
key, together hold for 5 seconds
until the zero display flashes.
Then press the SEND key,
ECAL appears in the display for user adjustment.
Press the SEND key,
Pos. 01 for the zero point is displayed flashing.
With the SEND button, the current digital raw measurement value appears.
The scale must be empty and free of interfering influences, unload if necessary and take
over the zero point with the SEND key.
Pos. 02 for the support point is displayed flashing.
Press the SEND button.
Support point display of the weight value with 10 times higher resolution,
the right digit is flashing and the value can be changed at this point.
Pressing the function key reduces the value at the flashing position or increases it with the
tare key.
Pressing the zeroing button advances the flashing decade from right to left. Set the weight
value according to the test weight for the support point.
Take over the weight value for the support point with the SEND key.
Pos. 03 for the base takeover is displayed flashing.
Press the SEND key to display the current digital raw measurement value. Load the scale
with the test weight, the current digital raw measurement value will increase significantly.
Wait until the scale has stabilised due to the loading process.
Press the SEND key to take over the base point.
Pos. 01 for the zero point is shown in the display. Remove the test weight from the scale.
Press the zeroing button.
Return to ECAL
Exit and save the user adjustment: Press and hold the SEND button and confirm briefly with
the zeroing button at the same time.
The scale returns to weighing mode with a zero setting. Check the accuracy of the scale
and repeat the user adjustment if necessary.
By pressing the On/Off button, the above procedure for user adjustment can be cancelled
without saving.
