• Screw the components of the product together as shown in the
illustration using the mounting materials supplied - when doing so, the
minimum distances (min. 600 mm) to building parts in the area of
personnel traffic must be observed.
• During assembly, ensure the correct flow direction of the swirl nozzle
(item 6) and the annular gap spark trap (item 8). See the flow arrow on
the product.
• Fix the moulded parts (items 12, 13, 14) in place at each connection point
with three drill head screws evenly spaced around the circumference.
• Screw the plug with the seal (1/4") (item 20) into the sleeve of the
annular gap spark trap (item 8).
• Depending on the local conditions, mount the optionally available
support structures (wall mount brackets or supports) at the points of
the product marked with "A". (See also chapter "Spare parts and
accessories")
• Fit the butterfly valve (item 14) so that the bell points forwards.
• After assembling the product, open the butterfly valve (item 14) so that,
later, the separated dust can fall directly into the dust collection bucket
(item 19).
