Via a build in reverse pole switch output polarity can be changed under the
precondition, that the output is de-activated, i.e., the high voltage is switched off
(HV button does not glow) and the output voltage display shows 0.00 V.
CAUTION
If the reverse pole switch is manually operated while high
voltage supply is enabled and voltage is applied, the unit may be
damaged or destroyed.
The reverse pole switch varies in appearance dependent on the unit's nominal
voltage:
A ) P N C U P T O 1 0 K V O U T P U T V O L T A G E
B ) P N C > 1 0 K V T O 4 0 K V O U T P U T V O L T A G E
Caution
Never turn the reverse polarity knob in an anticlockwise
direction as this may damage or destroy the unit.
To reverse the polarity, turn the knob to the right
from pos to neg or to the left from neg
to pos.
To reverse the polarity, turn the knob
clockwise.
