Please install CamHi or CamHipro in the Apple APP Store or Google Play.
CamHipro is the upgraded version, so its functions are more comprehensive. For
example, you can set the working time of alarm recording and plan recording
on CamHipro, but not on CamHi.

Tips Before You Connect Network

Please reset the camera first (the button 3 of IE20 camera is next to the SD Card
slot.) before using it and please don't hide your network.
Before you connect to the network, please make sure:
1. IP camera and the phone are connected to the same network.
