Ensure that there is no cuvette in the cuvette shaft.
The housing of the photometer can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
Immediately wipe off liquid contaminants from the device and clean the
housing as previously described. The cuvette shaft should be cleaned
using a soft, lint-free cotton cloth and then dried. The photometer and
cuvettes must always be kept clean. The cuvettes are cleaned with a
lint-free cloth.
Do not use any solvents to clean the housing and display.

15.2 Problems, causes, and correction

Malfunction of or damage to the device due to incorrect maintenance:
The maintenance of the device may be performed only by qualified
staff.
Various messages may be displayed, depending on the operating
status. The source of the error may either be incorrect operation or a
malfunction of the device.
If errors recur, contact MACHERY-NAGEL.
