TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Insufficient pressure and
amount of steam.
No steam.
Enable to press the steam
button.
Water drops from steam
output.
If the problem is not listed in the table above or if the problem persists, switch off the
appliance, disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet and contact an authorized
service centre.
Cause
The steam nozzle is bloc-
ked.
Tank is empty.
The slide button is in LOCK
position.
The steam cleaner has
been tilted.
Water tank is overfilled.

Solution
Clean the steam nozzle
according to the instructi-
ons above.
Fill the water tank.
Press the safety lock and
slide the button to OPEN
position.
Do not tilt the steam clea-
ner more than 30°.
Fill the tank only with the
maximum amount of wa-
ter (250 ml).
