Possible cause
Air Quality Monitor is out of the coverage of
the home Wi-Fi signal, or the Wi-Fi signal is
unstable.
The home Wi-Fi password changed.
Air Quality Monitor freezes.
Air Quality Monitor is offline in ECOVACS
HOME App.
AIRBOT is unable to start Linked Purification
while charging on low power or purifying.
AIRBOT will first purify the air quality to
excellent (PM2.5 value is less than 10). Then
it will activate the Air Freshener and adjust
according to the chosen concentration.
The Air Freshener Module is not installed.
The Air Freshener Module reached its service
life.
Solution
Make sure Air Quality Monitor is within the Wi-Fi
network signal coverage.
Enter the correct home Wi-Fi username and
password.
Unplug the USB cable and reconnect it to restart Air
Quality Monitor.
Please make sure AIRBOT and Air Quality Monitor
are both connected to the ECOVACS HOME App and
within the home Wi-Fi signal coverage.
This is normal behaviour. When AIRBOT completes
the current purification task and the power is still
sufficient, it will automatically go to the purification
area with Air Quality Monitor to start Linked
Purification. In daily use, please do not turn off the
power switch on AIRBOT to ensure sufficient power.
Please wait until the purification completes. If the
problem still exist, please contact the customer
service.
Please install the Air Freshener Module.
Please replace the Air Freshener Module. For more
