Problem
AIRBOT is having trouble

Possible cause
The Charging Dock is out of power.
The Infrared Anti-collision Bumper and
Charging Dock Signal Sensor is blocked by
dirt or debris.
AIRBOT automatically returns to the
Charging Dock when the battery is low.
AIRBOT needs to recharge because the
complex home environment may reduces
purification efficiency.
The power adapter has not made a
connection with the power cord.
AIRBOT has not made a connection with
the Charging Dock.
The Charging Contacts are covered with
dirt.
The Charging Dock is on the carpet.
Solution
Make sure that the Charging Dock is fully connected to
the power.
Wipe the Infrared Anti-collision Bumper and Charging
Dock Signal Sensor with a soft cotton cloth if there is
any dirt or debris..
This is normal behaviour. When AIRBOT is not working,
keep the Charging Dock plugged in and keep AIRBOT
powered ON and on the Charging Dock to make sure
it has a full battery.
Tidy up the furniture and the objects on the floor as
described in Section 3.
Please make sure the power adapter is fully connected
with the power cord.
Be sure that the Charging Contacts on AIRBOT have
made contact with the Charging Contacts on Charging
Dock. You can move AIRBOT manually to make the
connection if necessary.
Clean the Charging Contacts according to Section 4.
Place the Charging Dock properly according to Section
3.1.
