Possible cause
The TrueDetect 3D Sensor and Anti-collision
Bumper are dirty or damaged.
AIRBOT is exposed to strong direct sunlight.
The TrueDetect 3D Sensor can't detect narrow
furniture.
AIRBOT is in a specular environment during
mapping.
There are obstructions in the purification path.
If AIRBOT cannot circumvent, it will purify a
spot nearby.
The room door is closed, preventing AIRBOT
from following the set path.
The home Wi-Fi username or password was
entered incorrectly.
AIRBOT is not within the range of the home
Wi-Fi signal.
AIRBOT is not ready for network setup yet.
AIRBOT does not operate on your home Wi-Fi
band.
The driving wheels and universal wheel are
stuck by debris, or the air outlet is blocked.
The AIRBOT air volume is set to high level.
Solution
Check the sensor and Anti-collision Bumper. If dirty,
wipe them gently with a soft cotton cloth. If the
problem persists, please contact Customer Care.
Avoid direct sunlight when AIRBOT is in mobile purification.
Please remove the narrow furniture.
It is recommended to delete the purification site in a
specular environment.
Before starting mobile purification, make sure the
preset purification pathway is clear.
Enter the correct home Wi-Fi username and
password.
Make sure AIRBOT is within the Wi-Fi signal range.
Uninstall the Filter, turn the power switch to "O",
and press RESET Button . AIRBOT is ready for
network setup when it emits a voice report.
AIRBOT operates on a 2.4GHz band Wi-Fi signal only.
Please make sure your home Wi-Fi meets the requirement.
Clean the driving wheels, universal wheel or air outlet
as described in Section 4.
This is normal behaviour.
