If you touch the temperature se-
lection (4) and move it from a hig-
her to a lower setting, the corres-
ponding temperature will flash on
the LED display. The temperature
display will light continuously once
the plates have reached the requi-
red temperature.

3.5 Lock Setting

The temperature setting is locked
automatically 5 seconds after the
required temperature has been
set. This means that the tempe-
rature setting cannot be changed
once the device is in use. If you
want to change the temperature
setting, simply press and hold the
+/- button for 2 seconds to unlock
temperature setting.
