Brightfield observation procedures

Bring on "ON" the main switch
Move the BF/DF selection lever to "BF" position
Remove polarizer, analyzer and filters
Adjust light intensity
Put a specimen on the stage
Insert 10X objective into the light path
Focus the specimen
Adjust field and aperture diaphragms
Insert desired objective for the observation and focus the
