10. Use of the microscope in Brightfield (BF)

10.1 General switch on

To activate the reflected light illuminator, put the main switch ①,
located on the right side of the stand, to the position "ON". (Fig.
18)

10.2 Brightness adjustment

1. Turn the brightness adjustment knob ② to increase and
decrease the brightness. (Fig. 19)
2. While rotating the brightness adjustment knob, the LED
indicator on the front panel ③ will turn ON or OFF some
segments. (Fig. 20)
10.3 Switching Brightfield observation
Move the lever ④ in "BF" position for brightfield illumination. (Fig.
21)
