Possible cause
The operation is blocked by dirt or
water.
Cookware is used that is not suitable
for induction stove.
The cookware is too small.
The cookware is not placed correctly
on the cooking zone.
CVI1525 only: The cookware has
not been placed on the cooking
zone which is switched on.
Caused by the cookware.
A built-in cooling fan has switched
on to prevent the electronics from
overheating.
The cookware is not suitable for
induction stoves and therefore can-
not be detected by the cooktop.
The timer was active.
The cooking zone temperature is too
high.
Possible causes
Temperature sensor of the cooking
zone failure.
Temperature sensor (IGBT) open cir-
cuit.
The input voltage is too high
(≥270 ± 10 V).
The input voltage is too low
(≤180 ± 10 V).
The cooking zone temperature is too
high.
Solution
➤ Ensure the touch buttons are clean and
dry.
➤ Ensure that the touch buttons are oper-
ated with clean hands.
➤ Ensure that the touch buttons are oper-
ated with the fingertips and not with fin-
gernails.
➤ Use suitable cookware.
➤ Place the cookware correctly.

➤ Switch the cooktop on.
➤ Let the cooktop cool down.
