The Fronius DC Box 60/12 is designed for use with the following inverters:

These inverters have integrated overvoltage protection on the DC input side.
For this reason, no overvoltage limiter is required in the Fronius DC Box 60/12. If type 1 or
type 2 overvoltage protection is desired, it can be installed in the Fronius DC Box
60/12 on the DIN rail provided for this purpose.
WICHTIG! With operation of the DC Box 60/12 in conjunction with the inverters Fronius IG
15, 20, 30, 40 and Fronius IG 60 HV, there is no DC disconnect in the photovoltaic system.
If required, provide a suitable DC disconnect.

The Fronius DC Box 60/12 is designed for
use in grid-connected photovoltaic systems
with several solar module strings.
Six to twelve solar module strings can be in-
tegrated at the input of the Fronius DC Box
60/12 to reduce these at the output to one
DC+ and one DC- main line.
