Connection of the appliance:
The appliance can be connected to the gas
bottle by the user himself, without the need of
an installer. To this end, they must have the
necessary accessories for its proper use.
Necessary accessories:
- 1 12.5 kg butane gas bottle, filled only by
Official Distributors, according to the gas
indicated on the nameplate.
- 1 Pressure regulator approved and indicated
on the nameplate.
- 1 Standard flexible gas pipe 0.5m long.
- 2 Screw flanges for the flexible pipe.
To determine these accessories, please
refer to the nameplate and contact your gas
supplier.

HEATER INSTALLATION:

Remove the rear door.
Connect the flexible pipe to the gas inlet nozzle
on the heater and to the regulator, making sure
it is airtight by means of the 2 flanges.
Place the bottle on the base and mount the
regulator on the bottle. Make sure that the pipe
does not come into contact with the front of
the heater. Avoid twisting the flexible pipe. The
flexible pipe should be checked regularly and
replaced if necessary.
After opening the regulator, check for gas leaks
by applying soapy water with a brush to the
connection of the flexible pipe to the heater
and the regulator.
Mount the rear door, securing it with the screws
supplied.
NOTES:
The bottles must be replaced according to the
instructions provided.
Replacement of bottles must be carried out in
non-flammable environments.
SEARCHING FOR GAS LEAKS:
The process for searching for gas leaks must
- Have
be carried out in an open and well-ventilated
area. Turn off any existing flames in the vicinity,
as well as any electrical appliances. Do not
smoke during the process.
Check to make sure the gas is closed.
Prepare a soapy solution, with the same
amount of water as soap.
Use a brush or similar to apply this solution to
the ends of the pipe.
Open the gas.
If there are leaks, bubbles will form at the
points where they are located. If this happens,
turn off the gas and tighten the gaskets. If
the problem persists, contact your dealer
immediately.
IGNITION INSTRUCTIONS:
The heater can be regulated in three heat
-
intensities: 1 MAXIMUM, 2 MEDIUM,
3 MINIMUM. Ignition is by means of a
piezoelectric mechanism.
1. Open the gas valve on the cylinder.
2. Set the power controller to position 1 (Low
Level - On).
3. Press the controller for about 10 seconds.
4. While continuing to press, press the ignition
button once or twice until the pilot light (at the
bottom of the burner) comes on. Continue to
hold down the control knob for an additional
10 to 15 seconds. Release the button, and if
the pilot flame goes out, repeat the previous
process.
5. Then, if you want to increase the power,
press the controller slightly and turn it to the
desired position. Never leave the controller in
an intermediate position.
SWITCH OFF INSTRUCTIONS:
To turn off the heater:
1. Turn the power controller to the * position.
2. Close the gas valve.
ATTENTION: The gas flow will not be shut off if
you do not shut it off from the cylinder.
