CLEANING CONICAL BURRS
Regular cleaning helps the burrs achieve consistent grinding results.

Unlock hopper Empty hopper

Unlock top burr Remove top burr
ADVANCED CLEANING FOR THE CONICAL BURR GRINDER
This step is only required if there is a blockage between the grinding burrs and the grinder outlet.

to 1 (finest)

Unblock the grinds Remove
exit chute using the tamp cover
brush or a pipe
cleaner

Insert & lock Set GRIND SIZE
top burr to 16
WARNING
Care should be taken as the grinder burrs are extremely sharp.

Replace hopper Lock hopper

Clean top burr Clean lower burr
with brush with brush

LOOSEN NUT
GRIND SIZE
Use 10mm socket. Set GRIND SIZE
Rotate clockwise to to 25 (coarsest)
loosen the nut only

Clean the chute Replace
with brush tamp cover

Replace hopper Lock hopper

DOSE
Run grinder Unlock hopper
until empty

Remove Clean the chute
tamp cover with brush

SPRING
WASHER
Unlock & remove Remove nut,
top burr spring & flat washer.
Carefully remove
lower burr.

Insert washers Insert lower burr
& grind fan using (drive pin & cavity
long-nose pliers to align).
Insert flat washer
& spring washer.

Remove grind fan
& washers using
long-nose pliers

TIGHTEN NUT
Rotate
counter-clockwise
to tighten nut
