2 Zweckbestimmung
Der Kamerakopf wird mit der Kamera­Kontroll­
einheit verwendet und wird mit einem Teleskop
verbunden während endoskopischen oder
mikroskopischen Eingriffen.
Indikationen (USA)
Der IMAGE1 S™ 4U Kamerakopf ist für die
Verwendung mit der IMAGE1 S™ Kamera­
Kontrolleinheit und einem kompatiblen Endoskop
zur Darstellung, Bildaufnahme und Dokumentation
bei allgemeinen endoskopischen und
mikroskopischen Eingriffen bestimmt.

Kontraindikationen

Kontraindikationen, die sich direkt auf das
Medizin produkt beziehen, sind derzeit nicht
bekannt. Der verantwortliche Arzt muss
anhand des Allgemeinzustandes des Patienten
entscheiden, ob die vorgesehene Anwendung
erfolgen kann.

Qualifikation des Anwenders

Der IMAGE1 S™ 4U Kamerakopf darf nur von
Ärzten und medizinischem Assistenzpersonal
angewendet werden, die über eine fachliche
Qualifikation verfügen und an dem IMAGE1 S™
4U Kamerakopf eingewiesen sind.

The camera head is used together with the
camera control unit (CCU) and is attached to
a telescope during endoscopic or microscopic
procedures.
U.S. Indications for Use
The IMAGE1 S™ 4U camera head is intended to
be used with the IMAGE1 S™ Camera Control
Unit (CCU) and compatible endoscope for
visualization, image recording and documentation
during general endoscopic and microscopic
procedures.

Contraindications

No contraindications relating directly to the
medical device are currently known. The
responsible physician must decide whether the
foreseen application is admissible based on the
general condition of the patient.

User qualification

The IMAGE1 S™ 4U camera head may only be
used by physicians and medical assistants who
have a corresponding specialized qualification
and who have been instructed in the use of the
IMAGE1 S™ 4U camera head.

puede ser empleado por médicos y personal
de asistencia médica que dispongan de una
cualificación profesional adecuada y que hayan
recibido instrucciones sobre la utilización del
cabezal de la cámara IMAGE1 S™ 4U.
