7. 7. 3 Ethylenoxid-Sterilisation (EO)

Das Ethylenoxid­Verfahren ist mit 100 %
Ethylenoxid bei 55 °C mit einer Haltezeit von
30 bis 45 Minuten validiert.

WARNUNG: Medizinprodukte müssen im
zerlegten Zustand sterilisiert werden.
1 HINWEIS: Den Kamerakopf in ein
Sterilisationssieb legen. Keine Instrumente
auf die Kamera legen.

VORSICHT: Bei der Gassterilisation
mit Ethylenoxid müssen wegen der
Gasaufnahme der Werkstoffe die vom
Gerätehersteller vorgeschriebenen
Auslüftzeiten befolgt werden. Die
Auslüftzeiten hängen von der
Verfahrenstechnik des EO-Sterilisators ab
(Konzentration, Prozessführung).

7. 7. 3 Ethylene oxide sterilization (EO)

The ethylene oxide procedure is validated with
100 % ethylene oxide at 55 °C and a hold time of
30 – 45 minutes.

WARNING: Medical devices must be
dismantled for sterilization.
1 NOTE: Place the camera head in a
sterilization tray. Do not place any
instruments on top of the camera.

CAUTION: For gas sterilization with
ethylene oxide, the airing times stipulated
by the device manufacturer must be
observed due to gas absorption by the
materials. The airing times depend on the
processing technique of the EO sterilizer
(concentration, process control).

7. 7. 3 Esterilización con óxido de etileno
(OE)
El procedimiento con óxido de etileno ha sido
validado con óxido de etileno al 100 % a 55 °C
con un tiempo de aplicación de 30 a 45 minutos.

CUIDADO: Los productos médicos han
de esterilizarse estando desmontados.
1 NOTA: Deposite el cabezal de la cámara
en una bandeja perforada de esterilización.
No coloque ningún instrumento sobre la
cámara.

ADVERTENCIA: En la esterilización por
gas con óxido de etileno hay que respetar
los períodos de aireación prescritos por el
fabricante del aparato debido a la absorción
de gas de los materiales. Estos períodos
de aireación dependen de la técnica de
procesamiento del esterilizador de óxido de
etileno (concentración, control del proceso).
