Take all parts out of the package carefully and
put the device on a level working surface. Check
the contents for completeness.
If parts are missing, don't put the device into
operation until all missing parts have been
supplied. In case of non-compliance with this
warning, there is a considerable risk of injuries.
Only dispose of the packing material after
having carefully inspected the device, assigned
all individual parts and commissioned the new
device without problems.
WARNING! Tool and packing materials
are no toys! Children must not play
with plastic bags, foils and small parts
as they may swallow them and su ocate!

Warning! Always switch o the
machine, wait until the blades stop
completely and remove battery before
you perform any work on the machine, such as
troubleshooting, cleaning and maintenance
or before leaving the machine unattended.
Fitting the guide wheels (A3-A4)
1. To remove the battery pack (1), press the lock
catches (13) on both sides of battery and pull it
out from the housing of rear handle (2).
2. Hold ÿrmly the machine and place one side
of guide wheels (18) in place, and then push the
other side downwards until the lock stops click
into the right place.
To remove the guide wheels (18), pull it upwards.
Fitting the telescopic pole (A5)
1. Press the lock catches (13) on both sides to
remove the battery pack (1).
2. Guide the telescopic pole (14) at the desired
position and insert it into the housing of rear
handle until the lock catches (13) engages.
To remove the telescopic pole (14), press the lock
catches on both sides of pole and pull it out.
Fitting the carrying strap (A6)
The carrying strap (17) helps the operator carry
this product.
- Adjust the carrying strap (17) into a desired
length.
- Place the carrying strap (17) so that is runs over
the right shoulder.
- Attach the hook (a) to the loop (b) on the
telescopic pole (14).
Attention!
Always use the carrying strap and hold the
pole-mounted machine with both hands.

Start-up and operation
The battery is supplied partially charged. To
ensure full capacity of the battery, completely
charge the battery before using the machine for
the ÿrst time.
