2. After assembling the product, position your hands and feet securely; 3 inclination positions are
possible.
3. After adjusting the position, carefully ensure that the locking pin is inserted through both holes.
ASSEMBLY
Step 1 (Fig. 2):
Unpack all parts, and remove all packing material. If anything is missing, please contact our customer
service (contact information can be found on the last page).
Remove the frame (1), place it on the floor and insert the locking pin (10) from the tool bag into the
corresponding hole, as shown in the illustration.
Note: Cardboard or another suitable protective covering should be placed on the floor under the frame
(1) and the front support tube (9) to prevent damage to the floor or the device's coating.
Step 2 (Fig. 3):
As shown in the figure, the carriage bolt (17) is passed through the front and rear stabilizers (2/3) and the
seal (19), and the cap nut (18) is attached to the frame.
Note: The front base shell has a moveable wheel that is not installed with the rear stabilizer.
Step 3 (Fig. 4):
1. Remove the handrail tube (6).
2. Insert the 4 Allen screws with hexagonal and half-rounded heads 8*37 (20) through the corresponding
holes in the armrest and frame (1), attach the seal (18) and the lock nuts (22) to secure the tool lock
(as shown in the figure).
Step 4 (Fig. 5):
1. Remove the monitoring device, and insert the batteries as shown. To do this, open the battery
compartment on the rear side of the display, and insert 2 x AAA 1.5 V batteries (not included in delivery
contents). Pay attention to the correct polarity.
2. Push the handrail tube, the handrail (6) and the plug of the heart rate monitor (28) through the opening
on the back of the device frame (1).
3. Now connect all cables an the back of the display with all cables that are in the frame.
Note: The screws behind the monitoring device/display are pre-installed. To assemble, remove the
screws on the back of the display, and then use them to mount the display on the frame.
Step 5 (Fig. 6):
1. Install the left pedal L and the right pedal R on the crank using a wrench.
Note: The left L and right R pedals face in the direction of the handrail and the foot straps are also
divided. (Fig. 6a)
2. There are three adjustment holes for the strap position, to allow adjustment as required. (Fig. 6b
