heart area, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, fatigue, drowsiness, or other symptoms,
stop training immediately.
3. Place the device on a hard, horizontal floor with a protective coating
or carpet. The unit should not be moved or shifted when in operation.
The device can be placed on the floor, or attached to walls or
other fixed structures. Safety is paramount, and correct (normal)
use of the device is essential. Knowledge of the basics; During
normal use, other persons should not enter the training area (at
least 1.2 metres perimeter around the device). Please keep watch
over any children, and keep them away from the device. This
device is only suitable for use by adults.
4. Please check all screws, bolts and other components to ensure that they are firmly installed
before use.
5. Warning: The device can only be used safely if it is regularly checked for worn/damaged
parts. Please pay particular attention to parts that are most susceptible to wear.
6. Warning: Place the device on a smooth and completely level floor surface. Only use it
according to the instructions. If you notice any issues with components during assembly, or
if you hear abnormal noises during use, cease use of the device immediately. Do not use the
device until the issue has been resolved.
7. Wear suitable clothing when exercising. Do not wear loose clothing, as this could become
caught in moving parts. Avoid wearing shoes with laces that are too long when exercising, as
these could also become caught in moving parts.
8. Take care when lifting and moving the device to avoid back pain or injury. Please use the
correct lifting method. Ask another person to help you if necessary.
9. Before beginning your exercise routine, make sure the foot straps attached to the pedals are
securely fastened, in order to prevent accidents.
10. As the machine is equipped with a flywheel, injuries to the foot, ankle, leg or knee could
potentially occur during exercise. Before braking, please remember to press the emergency
brake button. If you want to stop the movement, press the brake button to stop the crank.
11. Warning: Make sure the adjustment knob is always locked in place. When not in use, turn the
adjustment knob clockwise until it stops, to lock the crank flywheels in place. Also, ensure that
other people - especially children - do not indiscriminately operate the rotating parts.
12. Warning: Keep any adjustment device that could interfere with the movement of the user
out of the way during training, and do not deviate from the posture described. Warning: This
device is not suited to use for medicinal relief.
13. This product meets the standards of EN ISO 20957-1, HC (use in the home). The maximum body
weight is 100 kg.
14. The braking system of this device is not speed-dependent.
