VERWENDUNG Vor den Übungen immer den Kugelbolzen herausnehmen. Um Verletzung oder Ein- klemmen beim Verschieben des Geräts zu vermeiden, sichern Sie die Bodenplatte durch Einführung des Kugelbolzens, wobei die Fußplatte gerade nach vorne aus- gerichtet ist. APPLICATION Always remove the ball-head before exercises. In order to avoid an injury or jamming when moving the appliance, secure the base plate by insertion of the ball-head, whereby the foot plate is aligned straight ahead.
