You should contact the manufacturer or the manufacturer's representive:
- for assistance, if needed, in setting up, using or maintaining the thermometer; or
- to report unexpected operation or events.
To ensure an optimal temperature reading
• Take a reference temperature.
• Make sure the product is stored in the same environment as that in which
the temperature will be taken.
• If skin has recently been exposed to hot or cold conditions, this will disrupt
the measurement.
• Avoid bathing or showering just before taking the temperature.
• Do not take the temperature in a draught (fan, air conditioning).
