LΩGIC MR16 TRIM Installation
The LΩGIC MR16 TRIM (sold separately by Iluminarc) can be used to mount the LΩGIC MR16 Downlight S flush to a
ceiling or overhead surface. To attach the LΩGIC MR16 TRIM to the LΩGIC MR16 Downlight S, insert the
LΩGIC MR16 Downlight S into the top opening of the LΩGIC MR16 TRIM until it snaps into place.
To remove the LΩGIC MR16 TRIM from the LΩGIC MR16 Downlight S, push the clip tab on the LΩGIC MR16 TRIM
down and out while tilting the LΩGIC MR16 Downlight S in the opposite direction until it comes free.

LΩGIC MR16 TRIM Mounting
Before mounting this product with the LΩGIC MR16 TRIM, read the
• The maximum ceiling thickness which the LΩGIC MR16 TRIM can support is 0.866 in (22 mm).
• The LΩGIC MR16 TRIM fits into a hole with a diameter of 2.83 in (71.83 mm).
To mount the LΩGIC MR16 Downlight S with the LΩGIC MR16 TRIM attached, do the following:
1. Cut a 2.83 in (71.83 mm) hole in the ceiling or overhead surface to be used.
2. Route all cables necessary to that hole and plug into the LΩGIC MR16 Downlight S before mounting.
3. Push and hold the spring arms on the LΩGIC MR16 TRIM up and in.
4. Insert the LΩGIC MR16 Downlight S into the hole until the spring arms are through.
5. Release the spring arms and push the product the rest up the way up. The tension of the spring arms will hold the
product flush to the ceiling or overhead surface until it is intentionally removed.
