Moving the weight holder on the belt
1.
Make sure that the drop weight holder(s) are in a good place on the belt.
They should be easy to reach but not be in the way when locking the belt
with the buckle. Move them if needed.
2.
To move the weight holders, bend the belt to release the two metal knobs
on the weight holder.
Assembling and removing the weight
1.
Assemble the weight with the bottom first and then click it in place (image
A).
Remove the weight by pulling the handle upwards and then outwards
(image B).
