Put the hole for the correct size on the knob closest to the side you
are assembling the side part on. If choosing the medium or small size
the sides shall be fastened on both the knobs. Large or XL can only be
fastened on one of the knobs for each side.
Insert the other side and fasten it over the first side on the metal knob(s).

Put the belt on and tighten the sides evenly in the buckle. Make sure that
the buckle are centered on your stomach and the backpiece are centered
on your back.
Around 5 - 10 cm of the ends of the belt should be visible on both sides
when you have tightened the belt comfortably around your waist.
If there are too much or too little belt visible, follow the instruction in the
previous step to adjust the belt to a size that fits better.
Open the belt by pressing on the buckle on both sides and pull forward.
