1.1 The machine automatically stops in case of dangerous misfunctions, and a
computerized system informs in case of non dangerous misfunctions.
1.2 Neither electric nor electronic parts are in contact with the solvent or its fumes.
Necessary sensors inside the washout unit are magnetic and totally hermetic.
1.3 All electrically supplied parts are singularly protected by fuses. Pumps are protected
by thermal sensors and overload cutout.
1.4 Should the temperature reach more than 35°C, the machine is automatically stopped
by a safety thermostat inside the solvent tank.
1.5 A sensor system stops the machine if the plate-holding bar is not correctly inserted.
1.6 A sensor introduced in the used solvent tank automatically stops the unloading
pump when the tank is full.
1.7 A sensor introduced in the new solvent tank prevents from damaging the plate
in case of lack of solvent.
1.8 A safety sensor level stops pump P2 if the solvent level in tank T1 is over the
maximum capacity.
1.9 An audible or visual signal can be installed externally to draw the attention in case
of possible misfunctions or at the end of washout.

SAFETY DEVICES IN THE EXPOSURE AND DRYER

2.1 The lamps are automatically switched off and the countdown is stopped if the
exposure drawer is opened while working. This to prevent from damaging the plate.
Everything starts again when closing the drawer.
2.2 Safety devices as per 2.1 are also provided for the post-exposure drawer.
2.3 All electrically supplied parts are singularly protected.
2.4 A sensor informs if the drying fumes are not exhausted and stops the machine.
3.1 The machine is not dangerous.
3.2 The machine must be operated in ventilated rooms in order to avoid solvent fumes
concentration, particularly if the machine is off.
