3.5 The solvent does not reach the set temperature value:
check the fuses and the water circulation; if it is all right check the feeder.
3.6 The distance between the brushes and the surface is not correct:
check the calculation of the encoder and the tension of the driving belt.
3.7 Solvent consumption is too high:
check the calibration of the system controlling the % of solid contents. Check the
cleaning solvent flow program and, in case, adjust the intervals and the spraying
time (see page 12 - D-E).
3.8 At the end of the washout some solvent remains in the engraving of the plate:
increase the pressure between the surface and the last roller brush.
